12.2010 - currently - Work in a company whose field of activity: engineering services in the field of industrial safety examination, technical supervision, thermal engineering works, commissioning, etc.
Position: Deputy Head of the financial and contractual department of the company.

Functional responsibilities:
Organization and control: registration and terms of the analysis of the application for the provision of services by specialists of the department and divisions of the branch; timeliness and quality of the preparation of tender documents by employees of the department for participation in tenders; timeliness of the terms of registration, coordination and signing of contracts within the branch, their return from Customers, transfer of originals to the accounting group and placement of scanned copies of contracts on the Server;
Search for tenders using all possible resources of the branch;
Analysis of the feasibility of the branch’s participation in tenders;
