Ability to read and compile technical documentation, ability to find and use the regulatory framework: GOSTs, other Russian and international standards, laws, resolutions, departmental orders and other normative documents necessary for the execution of technical, project and executive documentation. PC - at the level of an experienced user: Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Visio, nanoCAD, Internet, the ability to master unfamiliar software, office equipment.
