In 2001, she graduated from Lyceum No. 1. Bratska. In 2006, she graduated from Baikal State University of Economics and Law (hereinafter - BSUEP) with a specialization in economics and management. In 2007, she graduated from BSUEP in specialization in law.
Work.
In the period from 2006 to 2007, she worked in the Department of Rosnadvizhnost in the Irkutsk region, preparing information on the state statistical form 3-Zem (preparation of various requests and its processing), transfer to Rosnadvizhnost, Rosstat; participation in the development of methodological, regulatory and legislative documents on the state land cadastre and real estate; participation in state monitoring of lands (combination and analysis of information on the economic component of the state land cadastre - taxation, land transactions).
From 2008 to 2012, she worked in the banking sector with the following job responsibilities: working with internal regulatory documents; working with the legislative framework in the banking sector (financial monitoring, legalization, reservation standards); receiving loan applications, analyzing solvency, assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers, underwriting, drafting a package of documents for conducting a transaction, processing credit dossiers, monitoring customers; submitting loan applications to the credit committee; conducting presentations on credit products of the Bank; interaction with insurance companies, real estate agencies; supporting refinance loans; preparing and conducting refinancing of credit contracts; drawing up a consumer loan dosssss.
From 2012 to 2015, she worked in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Irkutsk region in the field of regulatory impact assessment and administrative reform of management to assess the effectiveness of the executive bodies of state power of the Irkutsk region. The main objectives of the activity were the examination of the legal framework of both newly developed legal acts and existing ones. Monitoring the quality of state and municipal services in the Irkutsk region as part of the implementation of the Presidential Order of the Russian Federation.
