Composition of the project design:
Measurement plan with reference to engineering communications;
Options for planning decisions;
Plan for dismantling walls and engineering communications;
Plan of the partitions, walls and decorative structures being erected;
Functional zoning plan;
Plan of premises after redevelopment with dimensions, explication of premises;
Plan of arrangement of furniture and technical equipment, indicating the size of the arrangement;
Floor plan with indication: marks of floor level, type of flooring, area, pattern and dimensions;
The warm floor device;
Ceiling plan with indication of the type of material used, individual nodes and sections;
Scanning of walls with layout of tiles, area of the selected material, decorative elements and structures;
Plan of electrical outlets with indication of dimensions for installation,
The plan of switches with reference to groups of lamps,
Plan of wall and ceiling lamps with an indication of sizes;
Plan of doors, indicating the size of doorways, opening directions;
Drawings of custom products (performed if necessary);
Visualization of premises (1-2 views per room);
The composition of the necessary drawings and the cost can be discussed individually.
