- work with contractors (printing, advertising agencies, media), cost control, establishment of barter relations;
- branding from scratch;
- organization of promotional events (selection of promotional staff, control of their work, manufacture);
- analytics of marketing and advertising activities;
- UX design;
- WOM marketing;
- Social Media Marketing;
- Site administration (BItrix, MODX);
On-line and off-line marketing;
- Menu engineering: development of the main menu, bar card and special offers, design (with a full-time designer / outsourcer), translation into English, pricing, control of trade margins, control of printing products, further management of the sales structure;
planning of marketing and advertising budgets;
