Preparation and execution of contracts for contracting and subcontracting for capital construction
Control of compliance of volumes of construction and installation works, designs of approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes and rules, standards, technical specifications, labor protection standards
Maintaining records of completed construction and installation works and preparing the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans
Verification of estimated documentation for the construction of facilities, expert opinion on the compliance of the estimated documentation with the project, actual measurements, cost calculation, accounting for the work performed
Preparation of estimates for additional work
