Third, which is important for copywriting itself (creating advertising – selling and image – texts), there are 4 years of experience in the sales departments of both Russian and foreign companies. I was engaged in telephone, direct, sales in sales halls, online sales, SMS sales, etc., so I am quite well versed in the principles of communication with representatives of various target audiences, I perfectly understand what is working with objections, how trust relationships are built and psychological barriers to product or company rejection are falling. Speaking to a potential customer in one language is the most important principle of successful sales, which I strictly observe.
