Talking. There are a lot of calls, you need to be ready to work from 10 am to 6 pm Moscow time. The average call duration is 1 minute 20 seconds, on an average day 200 calls.
You need to understand that you will have to talk to people, there is rudeness, there are attempts to scare competitors and many similar things that are familiar to everyone, the instructions have options for responding to and responding to the situation.
This is a provocation, so you will be ready for any conversation. The service is massive and cheap, because there are so many calls.
