Interested in Bitrix 24 Cloud.

Incoming applications are sent to the round cube webmail server (screenshot 1). These applications always come from the same mail and always have the same text structure (screenshot 2). Sometimes applications come without photos, but most often with a photo (as in a screenshot). The photos come in letters as an attachment.

Task: Integrate round cube mail with Bitrix 24 so that applications are unloaded to Bitrix. Watch screenshot 3, and it's a rough process as I see it.
The process at Bitrix 24: Behind each manager, I have 10 people, assigned to certain metro stations. There are a lot of applications coming in on the day, it is necessary that the applications are sorted by metro stations (as can be seen in screenshot 1 in the subject line of the letter indicates the metro) and sent to a certain manager.

IMPORTANT!!! To the manager could receive only 1 application and not see the entire volume of applications that are loaded on him for the day, as well as exclude the possibility of choosing the best applications and process them on the 1st as they arrive. (I drew a red button to get an application, maybe it can be implemented differently, I am considering all options.)
Then the application process begins. The manager opens it, calls it and selects the data:
1 Quadrant-positive outcome: scheduled meeting – task to set the date and time when the appointment and reminder are scheduled to call at the appointed time.

2 square - satisfactory outcome: - also need a function to put a reminder to call back
3rd square – negative outcome, send the data of the application to the Blacklist, because We're not going to work with them.

You also need to count the indicators of each manager, approximate reports are written in Screenshot 3.
