We have been on the market since 2014. We have completed higher architectural education in the specialties "Architecture" and "Design of the architectural environment". Participants and laureates of many international competitions.
Our main specialization is the development of interior design, for both residential and commercial premises.
Prices are discussed individually, based on the client's needs, the complexity of the project, and its square footage. Consultation is free.
What the concept of a "design project" includes:
1. Title page.
2. Working documentation.
3. Schedule of working drawings.
4. Measurement plan.
5. Plan of installation/dismantling of partitions (if such a condition exists.)
6. Explication of premises.
7. Floor plan.
8. Ceiling plan.
9. Finishing schedule. Layout of finishing materials.
10. Furniture arrangement plan with dimensions. We present two or three options of layout solutions, and in the end one of them, the one you like, goes into the work.
11. Lighting fixture arrangement plan.
- Lighting arrangement.
- Linking of fixtures to switches.
12. Technical specifications for electrical work.
- Outlets for household appliances.
- Placement of sockets.
13. Wall elevations.
14. Tile layout.
15. Plan of viewpoints.
16. List of finishing materials used in the project, their article numbers and colors (if necessary).
17. Visualization of 3D images (on average 2 images per room. This range can be both larger and smaller. It all depends on the situation.)
18. Five trips to building supply stores and furniture stores (if necessary.)
Managing the design project, after the submission of all drawings and visualizations, is agreed upon separately. The option is additional and is taken into account only at the client's request. This includes:
1. Selection and ordering of materials.
2. Trips to building and furniture shopping centers.
3. Quality control of construction/repair.
4. Quality control of materials and furniture delivered to the address.
5. Preparation and handover of the finished facility.
Also, separately, you can order only the drawing part. Or the drawing part + visualizations without rendering. But the possibility of such an order is discussed individually, as is the price.
The travel days are agreed in advance, since we run several projects simultaneously and we need to plan our schedule in advance.
The deadline for delivery of a design project ranges from 30 to 60 working days. This can happen faster, or it can take longer, if there are unforeseen circumstances on the client's side or if the very scope of the project requires it.
We discuss every aspect of the project, both online and at in-person meetings (mandatory), so without the client's final approval, no one designs anything on their own.
At the initial stage, several options of layout solutions are provided (depending on the room's square footage, from 2 to 3 options), then, once we reach a common opinion on the scope and arrangement, we proceed to the drawing part. It takes up 80% of the time, out of the total time scope of the project.
In parallel, we coordinate the finishing materials and design solutions and proceed to the final visualization. Then we print and hand over to the client the design project + send it to the email in electronic form. And, in the case of ordering project management, we continue working together.
