The 24FreeLance.pro website is provided to Employers and Freelancers as a platform for finding each other. Employers and Freelancers independently decide with whom and on what terms to work and bear responsibility themselves for the actions they subsequently carry out.

A user has the right to post information about themselves on the Site, their works, leave reviews about other users, and create new projects. Any user registered on the 24FreeLance.pro website as an Employer may post a project. Any user registered on the 24FreeLance.pro website as a Freelancer may leave their offers in response to a posted project. Only Employers may post projects on the site, and only Freelancers may offer to carry out projects.

To register on the site, a user must provide truthful, accurate and complete information about themselves and keep this information up to date. The Service is intended only for persons who have reached the age of 16. Registration is allowed only with one's own e-mail. That is, the user's data (first name, last name) on the email used for registration and on the registered account on the site must match. When knowingly false information is provided, the Administration of the site has the right to suspend or cancel your registration. We also draw your attention to the fact that it is impossible to change the login chosen at registration, as well as the specified e-mail and name. It is possible to register one account per e-mail, and it is subsequently impossible to change the account type.

It is prohibited to use as logins, "display names", or on an avatar image words/phrases that violate norms of decency and morality, carry advertising of sites, contact details, names of firms, organizations, studios, etc., contain profanity, or may mislead other participants (for example, "Administrator", "_moderator_", etc.)

The Administration has the right to moderate messages, works and other materials posted by users on the site.

The Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro portal bears no responsibility in any way for losses, direct or indirect, incurred due to the use of information obtained on the 24FreeLance.pro website.

The Administration does not deal with the consideration and resolution of disputes and conflict situations arising between Users, however it reserves the right to block a User's access to the site in the event of receiving justified complaints from other users about the incorrect behavior of this user on the site. In addition, correspondence between users conducted outside the site is not accepted for consideration by the Administration of the site.

All messages on the 24FreeLance.pro website reflect the points of view of their authors, and not of the Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro website (except for messages posted by its representatives). All actions performed by users on the site are performed at their own discretion and only on their behalf. The Administration of the site does not take part in the negotiation processes between an Employer and a Freelancer. All responsibility for information posted on the 24FreeLance.pro website on behalf of the site's users is borne by the users who posted this information.

The Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro Site bears no responsibility for the content and accuracy of the information posted by users.

All requests from a User related to the User's account (i.e. change, deletion, etc.) are accepted for consideration only from the e-mail address specified at registration. The User is provided with information relating only to the account of the User who made the request. At the same time, the provision of statistical information is not a mandatory condition when providing services on the site, and is available to the extent presented in the User's account.

Deletion of a user's account from the 24FreeLance.pro service is possible provided that the user has not performed any actions on the service, for example, there was no publication of projects (for employers), there was no publication of responses (for freelancers), etc.

A User, registering on the 24FreeLance.pro website, undertakes to keep their account up to date. All information about the user - first name, last name, patronymic, all additional information about oneself, as well as all contact information (e-mail, phone, scype, ICQ, website, social network accounts, etc.) must be placed in the appropriate fields in the user's Profile. Links to portfolios on third-party resources are not allowed.

PROHIBITED:

- posting materials, messages, links to resources that directly or indirectly violate the legislation of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, contradict universal human and moral norms, promote violence, pornography, discrimination in any form, contain profanity, threats and calls for unlawful actions, unauthorized advertising;

- posting texts that carry no semantic meaning (for example, a set of letters or repeated words, symbols);

- using images/avatars containing scenes of violence, threats, profanity, pornography, manifestations of discrimination, advertising;

- registering duplicate accounts;

- registering several accounts by one user;

- posting links to other sites;

- using works in a portfolio that are someone else's intellectual property (plagiarism). Private individuals or organizations unlawfully using a work posted in their portfolio bear responsibility for the unauthorized copying and use of this work;

- using accounts for purposes other than intended - an Employer is prohibited from posting listings about services, a Freelancer is prohibited from posting job offers;

- posting messages of a spam nature, containing offers to site visitors to participate in various kinds of "pyramids", MLM, network marketing projects, offers of various ways to earn money on the internet, etc. with direct or indirect indication of companies, persons or groups of persons (their resources (URL), addresses of location, phones, contacts) engaged in this activity (for violation of this rule the User's registration may be deleted by the Administration without warning)

- posting messages containing viruses and other malicious programs, serial numbers for commercial software products and programs for generating them, logins, passwords and other means for obtaining unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as links to the above-mentioned information.

Insults and obscene expressions (as well as abbreviations of these expressions and the replacement of some letters in them) are prohibited, including with respect to the personality, national, racial, religious, political affiliation of a conference participant or groups of persons as a whole.

When adding projects it is PROHIBITED:
- publication of contacts in the project title
- giving a project a title that does not correspond to the content of the project
- posting texts of an advertising nature
- posting projects whose meaning is explained on third-party resources
- creating project descriptions that do not correspond to reality
- publication of contact details in the project text
- posting in inappropriate categories
- posting duplicate projects


When publishing a response to a project it is IMPORTANT:
- it is PROHIBITED to post links to third-party resources
- it is PROHIBITED to post links to your portfolio on other sites
- it is PROHIBITED to mention the names of firms, studios, organizations, etc.
- all contact details MUST be placed in your Profile in the appropriate fields, and not in the response to the project
- in further correspondence with the Employer there are NO above-mentioned restrictions

If, while using the 24FreeLance.pro service, a User discovered a flaw in the operation of the service, then the User must either report this flaw to the Administration of the service, or not use the service at all.

Financial operations on the 24FreeLance.pro website have no reverse effect, i.e. a refund of funds is not provided. The site provides neither direct nor intermediary financial operations between an Employer and a Freelancer. All financial operations are carried out only through the services presented on the page http://24freelance.pro/billing/merchant.html.

In the event of a User violating the rules established by these regulations, the Administration has the right to temporarily restrict the user's access to the site for an indefinite period, and in the event of repeated or gross violation of the provisions of the Regulations - to block the user's account. For insults against the Administration of the site - blocking of the account without the possibility of restoring the account (regardless of the account type).

By registering on the 24FreeLance.pro website you agree that to the e-mail addresses you have specified there may come from the Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro website both informational messages, containing information about new services, updates, offers and promotions, containing information calling to action and links to go to the Site, as well as messages of an advertising nature. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can unsubscribe from mailings by deleting your Account from the 24FreeLance.pro website. A request to unsubscribe from mailings is equivalent to a request to delete your Account from the 24FreeLance.pro website or to block the account, if it cannot be deleted according to the rules.

The Rules are drawn up by the Administration of the site and may at any time be supplemented or changed without prior notice to the site's users. The new version of the rules comes into force from the moment of publication on the site.

The Site has Russian-language localization, accordingly NON-knowledge or NON-understanding of the Russian language is NOT grounds for cancellation of ordered services.

We remind you that ignorance of these rules for using the 24FreeLance.pro website does not exempt from responsibility for their non-fulfillment.
