Copy it from PDF or Djvu (as you prefer). The document is an English-Russian technical dictionary. Text readable, copied. You don't need to type anything manually. It just needs to be distributed in two columns (1 column - a word in English, the second - its translation into Russian). It is necessary for further database and creation of an online translator.
When copying, you need to take into account a few simple points. If the symbol ~ is in front or behind the English word, instead of inserting a little, you need to insert the main English word that is higher in the text (to which this word refers). If there are abbreviations or abbreviations in the Russian translation, they should be replaced with the full text, copying the values of the abbreviation or abbreviation from the section at the beginning of the book.
