Refining the translator for Delphi

Offering extra earnings. A translation translation is required. About ten years ago, I got a line dictionary in Delphi.
I mostly do a post-deferential translation.
From Kyrgyz to Kazakh.

The following improvements should be made:

Unmarked Unicode marks are replaced by a question mark.
The program was made, as I said, ten years ago, then Unicode in Russian was not on the move, unfortunately.

When translating the text, pepination marks, brackets, quotation marks
In the previous program, it was difficult to recognize the text itself, unfortunately.

In the Kyrgyz and Kazakh languages there are many
Compound words.
The former programmer did not take this into account in the translation line.
I didn't see a gap.
It would be desirable to be able to translate phrases.
