Requirements:
six months of experience as a recruitment manager (in a company or in a recruitment agency);
Experience in selection for mass vacancies is an advantage;
Knowledge of methods for selection and evaluation of candidates;
Knowledge of the regional labor market and the main sources of attracting candidates;
Responsibilities:
Active search and selection of freelance personnel for mass positions using various search tools; including remote recruitment;
Placement and promotion of advertisements for open vacancies in Internet resources;
Development of alternative methods and sources of search and recruitment of personnel;
Organizing and conducting interviews on Skype and offline;
Maintaining the resume database, forming a personnel reserve;
