1) Payment - 5% of total orders brought to payment and 10% of sales (without the client's request left)
2) Orders per month - 1.5-3 million rubles is constantly growing, a lot of work
(3) the work schedule is irregular, the department works without weekends and holidays, but! You can take a day off by agreement and form an individual schedule (for example, only the afternoon), everything is negotiated individually.
