What should I do as a studio employee?

If there is more than one person in one place, there will be small entrance exams that will show your professionalism and show who will take a place in our studio. This whole exam procedure is not just my whim, it is done so that your colleagues can rely on you in a difficult moment and understand what you are capable of. We choose the voting method to choose the person who will occupy a certain position in our studio.
Now the sweetest payout will be shared equally for each studio employee + advertising. Example: 5 people = 100% / 5 = 20% to each and 1/4 discount on advertising that is, let’s say the cost of the site is 20 000 rubles divided 5 = 4000 rubles and throw 1000 rubles for contextual advertising. Everything will be completely fair, everyone will have access to an advertising company, which will show all the costs of our advertising.
