Tracking suspicious traffic on the advertising network

We are looking for a freelancer for a permanent position to track suspicious traffic in a teaser/banner ad network. Since we work with large sites and large employers, there is no desire to automatically ban sites for cheating or bad traffic. Your task will be to manually check for a certain feature that cannot be programmed, messages from the automatic system for determining bad traffic and if the fact of bad traffic is confirmed, then manually deduct the amount from the site and charge it again to the advertiser’s account.
