The area of the proposed premises is 80-70 square meters. Metros located in the shopping center. In the working area of the manicure will be 6 masters, in the area of pedicure - 3 masters. The pedicure zone would like to be “formally” fenced, only not with a blank partition (the permissible area is made up of one workplace: the place of the pedicure master is 8 square meters). M., manicure master's seat is 8 square meters. M.
The target audience is women / men from 20 to 45 years old, having average and higher incomes, visiting the shopping complex and living in nearby houses, but we should also not forget about our pensioners and veterans, who will be provided free service in the morning. The salon will present a full range of services: for the care of hands and nails.
The administrator area would like to arrange a bar counter with a phytobar and a waiting area.
The style of the cabin: the city loft is comfortable for both women and men to visit. Free space, absence of partitions, the presence of a window in the whole wall, rough finish is assumed.
Finishing materials: metal, glass and wood, brick.
As the main colors of the cabin I would like to see: gray, brown, black, but with pleasure, added a bright attribute of decor.
The idea is to create a studio that will be comfortable for both a woman and a man.
