Design project

I am looking for an interior designer - draftsman (ArchiCad) for permanent remote work with piecework payment.
Approximate composition of the project:
Stage I. “Planning phase”
1. Content design - project.
2. Measuring plan.
3. Plan of arrangement of furniture (3 options).
4. Plan for dismantling and installing partitions.
5. Plan of arrangement of furniture and equipment with dimensions.
6. The plan of the room after redevelopment with the size of the final.
Stage II. “Technical phase”
7. Plan of placement of sanitary and technical equipment.
8. Ceiling plan with indication of the type of material used, sizes.
9. Floor plan with indication of the type of flooring, pattern and size.
10. The floor plan.
11. Plan of location of outlets and electrical outputs with binding of sizes to walls.
12. Plan of location and interaction of lamps and switches
13.Scanning of walls with layout of tiles in the bathroom and bathrooms.
14.Plan of doors and openings, specification of doors.
15.The report of finishing materials.
