Project description
Change the layout to meet the requirements:
The layouts are accepted in the format of CorelDraw (15.0 and below), Adobe Illustrator (CS6 and below).
Scale 1:1 - the size of the layout in the file corresponds to the size of the finished product.
Maximum format of the A3 printed area.
The minimum thickness of the lines is 0.2 mm.
When printing by a fold, the distance between the printed elements should be at least 0.2 mm. At smaller distances, printing elements can merge.
For the correct display of colors on dark materials, the use of a white substrate is required. The minimum thickness of the lines of elements in the substrate layout shall be 0.2 mm. Otherwise, the substrate cannot be made and the colors may be distorted when printing.
It is not allowed to print for departure with volumetric varnish (fragility when cut), the distance between printed elements (for volumetric varnish) is not less than 0.2 mm.
The edges of the finished product (cut-off format) should be represented by a frame of exact size (without fractional values).
Emotion, congreve, uf-lac, voluminous varnishing, cutting should be clearly indicated in the layout. When printing in two or more colors, to check their correct location in the layout, it is recommended to superimpose colors on each other.
When printing with varnish, it must be borne in mind that it is applied last, the paint is not fixed on top of the varnish. Only gold and silver are printed on top of it.
Minimum distance from the trimmed format is 2 mm.
For elements "in the edge" is made a flight for a rim of 2 mm.
When printing on finished products, there should be no elements touching the edge, with a minimum distance from the edge of not less than 10 mm.
When printing on textiles should not be thinner elements than 0.2 mm, for raster image or photography resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Forbidden:
Use of hidden and blocked elements.
Affection of curves (all contours must be converted into objects).
Use of attached external files (Linked).
Application in the layout of special effects (Power Clip (Power Clip, container), Lens (Linza), Clone (Cloning), Color Mask, Drop Shadow and others).
