You need to create an online reporting form for emergency wizards (I see it as a kind of Google form, but there may be a better solution).
I will try to explain in a way how this should work.
Electricians fulfill applications - restore power supply to apartments, private houses and commercial premises (eliminate electrical faults). At the facilities they produce photofixation of the work performed. On average, 5 to 20 images are taken on one object (sometimes more). These photos with the necessary explanations they must transfer to the center. The point is:
Reports are needed as an element of control over the actions of masters (they are also a tool for their self-control);
Reports are high-quality preparations for writing articles for sites (content filling, search engine optimization, etc.). D.);
Reports allow you to delegate tasks for writing articles and significantly speed up the process (they are a kind of template on the basis of which you can quickly compile typical articles, but not the same in the eyes of search engines).
Exemplary structure of the reporting form:
1. Cap
A) application number
B. Date and time of receipt of the application
B. Address of the facility
(d) preliminary characterization of the malfunction (cause of the electrician's call) - according to the customer.
2. Main part
(A) time of arrival and time of completion of work
B) a complete fault description (based on the results of the diagnostics carried out by the electrician at the facility) + a description of the main features of this application
B category of complexity of the accident
(D) sequence of diagnostic manipulations and actions aimed at correcting the failure with photo fixation and description of uploaded photos
(D) recommendations to the customer
3. The basement is the place to mark the receipt of the report. It is desirable to provide for the possibility of assessing reports by the inspector. It is advisable to automatically record the time of sending the report.
Perhaps a number of fields of the form makes sense to implement in the form of a drop-down menu.
It is necessary to provide a photo uploader, perhaps such that immediately automatically processes photos, reducing their weight (and maybe improving the quality - suddenly you can configure any presets).
Perhaps the form cap will be filled by the dispatcher who receives calls, and the main part is the performer.
It is desirable to provide the possibility of quickly importing these forms into files of the format of DOC, PDF, as well as presenting them in the form of html-code.
Since all our sites are running on WordPress, it is advisable that this form be perfectly built into sites on this engine.
The project is declared as a one-time project, but I think that the reporting form will be a number of improvements after running in practice and identifying weaknesses.
