Project description
We sign new B2B contracts on a regular basis, and right now checking a counterparty before a deal is manual work that someone always forgets to do under deadline pressure. We want to hire a specialist to set up a process that automatically pulls information from open government registries the moment a new counterparty is added to our system, and flags common signs of unreliability such as a very recent registration date, a mass registration address shared by hundreds of companies, a disqualified director, an ongoing liquidation or bankruptcy procedure, and pending court claims or unpaid debts.

The check itself does not need to be built entirely from scratch if there is a reliable way to connect to existing public registry sources, but the output has to fit into how our team already works. A short verification report should be attached directly to the client card in our internal system, so anyone opening a deal can see at a glance whether the counterparty was checked, when, and what came up. We also want the system to remind the responsible manager automatically once a quarter to repeat the check, because a company that looked fine a year ago can look very different today.

What we expect from you:
— select suitable public registry sources and a stable way to query them
— build a report template covering the key reliability signals above
— set up automatic saving of each report to the client card with a timestamp
— configure a quarterly recheck reminder for each active counterparty
— leave brief documentation so our team can maintain the process
