Turn a webinar or course recording into a visual sketchnote summary

I recently finished a long webinar and separately signed up for an online course with several video lectures, and now I want the material turned into visual notes instead of plain text. The idea is a sketchnote-style summary: one or several pages where the main ideas from the recording are shown as a scheme with icons, arrows, short labels and blocks, so the logic of the lecture is visible at a glance instead of buried in paragraphs of transcript. I don't need decorative art for its own sake — the priority is that someone who never watched the recording could look at the sketch and understand the structure and the key takeaways within a minute or two.

You will need to actually watch or listen to the source material (I can share a recording after we agree on the job and timeline), pull out the core structure, and translate it into a visual hierarchy: main topic, subtopics, examples, and any process or sequence the speaker describes. Simple icons and a limited color palette are enough, no need for complex illustration. I would like the working file in an editable format plus a flattened image version for sharing.

What matters to me:
— clear visual hierarchy and readable text at normal screen zoom
— consistent icon and color style throughout
— accurate reflection of what was actually said, not a generic template
— delivery as both an editable source file and a PNG or PDF export
