Project description
We are organising a festival and need a cohesive visual identity that will be instantly recognisable across every touchpoint, from a street poster to a ticket in someone's pocket. Right now we only have a working name and a rough sense of the mood we want; the logo, colours, typography pairing and overall visual language still need to be created from scratch. The goal is an identity that feels current and a little bold, not something out of a generic template pack.

We expect the designer to start with a few logo directions and a short explanation behind each, so we can pick a concept before refinement. Once approved, the logo should be finalised in variants for light and dark backgrounds, for social media and print. The palette needs care: it must hold up on screens and in print alike, keeping contrast consistent across paper stocks. Building on that, we need a small set of poster templates in a couple of formats plus a ticket layout with space for a seat number, a QR code and event details, structured so we can update dates and lineups ourselves later.

Along with the artwork we'd like editable source files and a short usage guide: spacing around the logo, approved colour combinations, an example or two on banners or merchandise. Open to discussing references and refining the brief as we go.

Deliverables we expect:
— festival logo in several formats and colour variants
— brand colour palette with exact codes
— poster templates in at least two sizes
— ticket design template
— a short brand usage guide
