Remote job vacancy. IE is looking for a clerk to work on a project basis.
In short: you need to remove the headache from the IP in terms of documentary support of transactions.
The PI contractors are only legal entities. The field is research and consulting.
What is needed:
- Advise on the topic of convenient and simple document management system.
- To draw up contracts, acts and accounts.
Connect to communication with counterparties on the topic of agreement of contracts, sending documents, etc.
Offer a convenient and cost-effective system for remote interaction.
The schedule is not predictable, but 4 deals are already planned for the next month, 2 of which will likely need to be concluded quickly this week.
