Hello, there.
Offering remote work. You need to configure CRM Bitrix24.
We sell products through an Instagram account in which users write comments and direct. There's about 50 requests a day. We want to communicate with them through CRM to:
- segment leads for mailings
- see the analyst how many requests per day, how much revenue, profit, what percentage of leads are converted into orders, how many orders are in work,
- automatically create invoices for sending by mail and décor
- Track delivery
- automatically send messages (leave feedback if the client received a package, special offer, if the client does not respond for 3 days, etc.)
Teh. No mission. We need to make 2 hours. By teamviewer connect, configure and explain how to work.
