Responsibilities:
- preparation of letters, requests, text announcements and other documents
- Submission of announcements and their updating at the required resources
Analysis and collection of information on contractors for ongoing projects
- processing of commercial offers
- processing and sorting of incoming mail
- treaty editing
- cost-editing
- working with drawings in the format *dwg. Simple editing and making comments.
Translation of *dwg drawings into PDF format
- e-mailing
- fulfillment of personal errands
Conditions:
- work schedule "floating", free. Perhaps part-time with study, work
