Project description
Offering extra earnings. Select 3 groups from the list and briefly describe their type, behavior and development features of each of the groups you choose, as well as possible phenomena of interaction of these groups among themselves in the organization you invented:
• Professionals of the same profile;
• managers or employees of the same hierarchy;
representatives of functional areas (marketers, manufacturers, etc.);
• employees of different offices, rooms, regional offices, branches;
• colleagues in the division;
• graduates of one university;
• Countrymen;
• Gender and age groups;
• Interest groups/hobbies;
• friendly microgroups and friends’ companies;
stakeholder organizations (shareholders, suppliers, customers, regional and state authorities, public organizations, staff and their relatives, etc.);
• Trade union organizations;
• Financial responsibility centers (profit centers and cost centers);
• representatives of the main and service business processes;
• Project groups, quality groups, etc.
