Project description
Remote work on the site. It requires support of the site (filling, price changes, addition of certificates, filling with information). There is a lot of work, for each direction you need a specialist, namely a specialist.
There is a manufacturing company that manufactures chemical products, and sells related chemical products. Over the years, trade in chemical products has grown into a separate business. This direction was decided to allocate to a separate site. We need specialists with basic knowledge of chemistry, so that the word "carbide" does not faint.
Now there is a section on the general site - it needs to be moved to a new site (domain is registered, the site is ready to be filled). At the moment, the range of 500-700 items. In a year, you need to bring up to 3000 items. Over the next year, up to 5,000 items. It also needs to be sold and advised. There are enough customers, we can’t handle order processing, there are many small orders, but they also need to be processed.
Need as freelancers (remote work) - some work can be done remotely, as well as employees in the office. A new office is being created for this purpose. It will be located either in Noginsk or near the production (Shchelkovo).
The main office and the point of delivery of goods is located in Moscow (now it is all functioning). Constant interaction with the main office.
Line of work:
1.Site support (filling, price changes, adding certificates, filling in information) - you need basic knowledge of chemistry. Without it, you don’t know what kind of products you fill. This direction can be taken remotely.
2. Attracting new customers, promoting goods, working with the customer base, expanding the base. An employee to the office is desirable. You can do it remotely.
3. Processing current orders - Desirable employee in the office. You can do it remotely.
Basic knowledge of chemistry is required!
4. Analyst. Tracking prices on other websites. Price requests from other companies. Based on the results of the current price analysis - price changes in our advertisements - remote work
I don't need sick people, people with constant problems, people who complain, workers.
Training, please. There are subtleties and nuances everywhere. If you can’t write a formula for water, go work for your competitors. Even a recommendation from the ladies.
Payment without delay. Salaries are marketable. We have employees who work for 15 years.
We need to create a team of adequate managers who want to work, develop and get paid for it on time. We don't need slackers. We have no time to sit in classmates, there is no time to correspond in the phone, we will not be able to play dance at work.
The schedule and pay of work during the day are sacred. If someone is late at work after 18:00, I drive home. But do not idle during working hours)
