Project description
We need a web programmer. You need a CRM or something similar to organize an outbound service:
There should be many users in the system.
1. There's a list of agents.
2. Phone calls - the dispatcher accepts the call - enters the client's data into the database (phone, address and description of the problem with which he addresses) - appoints a meeting with him for a certain day and for a certain time (for example, from 11am to 2PM) and then distributes this task to the agent.
3. The agent from the mobile version sees the task - comes to the client, performs work, enters data on the solution of the problem, takes payment, takes a picture of the invoice (paper version) and attaches to the work - adds a photo of the payment method (cash or card) and closes the work and sends an electronic copy of the invoice to the client.
