Project description
We run a subscription platform with 5,000+ users and want to add an AI chatbot that handles support tickets, answers FAQ questions, and escalates complex issues to human agents.
Technical Requirements
Integration with existing PHP backend via REST API
Conversation flow designer (visual or config-based)
FAQ knowledge base editor
Escalation logic: auto-route unresolved queries to support queue
Chat widget embedded in user dashboard
Multi-language support (ru/en)
Analytics dashboard: response rate, resolution rate, CSAT
Stack Preferences
