Search on an OSM-based map

We need a web programmer. You need to develop a search block on the map based on Openstreetmap (OSM). On the basis of OSM, you create your own map on your server. Search the name of the country on this map in different languages. It should be organized as follows - the user selects the language, then enters the name of the country in the search field in the selected language, he as the name is typed gets prompts of names in the language he chose, after clicking on the "entry" is the necessary country, the names of objects in which, if possible, in the selected language. After finding a country, search within it according to the same principle of a settlement in the chosen language.
