Creating a demo version of the site

For the site, you need to implement the call of ready-made APIs in the cycle at intervals and send the results to the database. At the same time, it is also necessary to make a layout of the interface and generally bring the site to a normal look. When working on this project, you will need to upload and document your application. This project is only being developed using SVN, which service is better than Github, if possible. The documentation will be sufficiently formed through the built-in snippet of your IDE. Because the site is less ready, you will need to code in the style you have already formed. I will send the technical task to the performer via Skype and if there are any problems in the development, I will also participate and do something myself.
