Project description
The project company will consider the candidacy of a specialist for the implementation of the section of the state enterprise (remote work) for long-term cooperation.
Objects: residential, public, industrial (including: “clean rooms”.
Key requirements:
• Higher education in the specialty;
• Experience in the specialty – at least 6 years;
• Experience of independent development of your section – draft project, stage P, stage P;
• Ability to design in strict accordance with the current standards for design (excellent knowledge of the norms);
• Ability to independently perform calculations: thermal engineering, natural lighting, etc.;
• Ability to develop drawings in three-dimensional design packages (in descending order of importance): Revit, Autocad Civil 3D;
• Ability to independently compile design TK;
• Maximum communication skills and willingness to actively use information technologies (cloud storage, project management systems, instant messengers, etc.);
• Tolerance of correction of comments and a strong desire to finish the object;
• Living in Moscow or Moscow region will be an advantage.
