Project description
It is required to develop a technological tooling for spatial trimming of plastic panels of various configurations (workpiece - vacuum-formed panel). There is an example of such a slip, I can provide a model in SolidWorks2011. There are models of workpieces, models of finished parts with finishing dimensions, tools and technologies of pruning / drilling were chosen, a number of technological solutions were applied that can be used in the construction of subsequent slips. Planned approx. 15.
The attachment has a technical map in order to have an idea of what should happen in the end and how the process of working with the tool / tool should proceed.
Requirements:
1. The pruning slip should be assembled from parts of the type "leaf body", by connecting the spike-pases (laser cutting) to welding;
2. It is desirable to adhere to a single sheet thickness-3 mm, steel 3;
3. When developing the design, do without sheet flexible;
4. Each detail in the project is a separate sheet body, a separate part, a separate file with its own name / number, no configurations! Naturally, the part used in 5-8-10 places is one detail and it is not necessary to duplicate it with different names.
5. The absence of internal references to other parts of the assembly in the sketches. The construction of the part should assume the possibility of editing it in the future without major rearrangements.
6. Take into account the presence of technological (assembly) gaps in the connections of the spike-pases and not set the dimensions in the interfaced parts “zero-to-zero”;
7. If the part in the connection is oriented along the connection of the spike-pases, then along the perimeter of the spike d.b. Uniform gap, and not "adhesive" to 2 faces with leaving a gap on 2 others;
8. The parts should not be post-processed after manufacture by the contractor (finish after assembly, drill in the collection, etc.). “non-guaranteed” CNC sizes;
9. For the orientation of the tool when drilling holes, it is necessary to provide guide sleeves (replaceable / welded);
10. The accuracy of the panel trimming shall not exceed +/-1.5 mm. Special points will be discussed separately, details will be discussed.
11. Work with the trim stand should have protection from the “fool” – “coding” of different parts of the equipment through the spike-pass, the mismatch of fasteners. Etc. To prevent incorrect assembly of metal structure of the slip of pruning;
12. Application in the design of standard elements of fasteners purchased in a conditional construction store;
13. The pruning is made by the Makita RT0700C + milling machine of 6mm fresco (3D model of the kit I will provide);
14. As a result of the work to the model of the slip of pruning, a step-by-step process of working with it should be written to exclude various misunderstandings and discrepancies.
15. The whole project is being implemented in SolidWorks2011.
16. After the issuance / taking of the project within 1...2 days, I will require you to provide a work plan with reporting points. Without the approval of the plan, there can be no talk of any work.
