Creating a dating site

There is an idea of creating a new dating site. The main page of the site should be in the form of a Landing Page. The sections of the page will be as follows - the title slide with a happy couple in some cozy place such as a cafe or restaurant, a small introduction with some nice photo of the couple, a selection of the latest added profiles or the most active, a registration form against a tempting background, the best messages from participants about the desire to communicate and contacts. All the rest of the functionality as on a regular dating site - questionnaires, chats, paid services. The cost of creating such a resource and the time of execution are of interest.
