Project description
We need a customer assistant.
Responsibilities: 1) To work with clients via telegrams (answer questions, fulfill orders).
(2) Registration of accounts
3) Keep a record of your work in Google table
Required qualities: (1) A fast computer and a normal smartphone for correspondence in telegram.
(2) Customer friendliness and responsiveness
(3) Ability to resolve a conflict situation with a client when I am not present.
(4) Speed of operation
(5) Be always ready to start ordering within a minute (during a shift).
The work requires citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Estonia or Latvia over 18 years of age fluently and competently speaking Russian.
Gender doesn't matter.
Payment is daily. 80 rubles an hour.
