Configure Socks 5 on VPS (Debian 7 64bit or CentOS-6 64bit).
Plan:
1.One incoming IPv4 + 10 outgoing IPv6.
2.On one incoming IPv4, configure 10 ports and depending on the selected port, so that there are different 10 outgoing IPv6 (there are 32 units available).
3.Configure access rights to Socks for root - all 10IP, for user1 - 1 IP, for user2 - 5 IP.
4.All users must have a login and password
