We are a large network of car repair services. We guarantee our customers high-quality repairs and a fixed price, which will be the same by phone, on arrival at the service and after the work is completed - without surprises.
We want our customers to be happy with the repairs.
We receive calls from customers who need to process and direct the client to the service in which he will remain for repair.
Therefore, we are looking for a sales manager, a car lover and a connoisseur of quality car service services in one person!!
If the vacancy is interesting to you, in response to the response you will receive a brief questionnaire, which will need to be filled in. The questionnaire will contain data for communication.
What the job is:
Consultation of clients, processing of incoming applications. The job is to sell.
Interaction with the masters of the car service to coordinate and coordinate customer requests and record diagnostics, repairs.
Make outgoing calls to a warm customer base.
Work in CRM Bitrix24.
Ensure the implementation of the sales plan.
How this will happen:
1. Incoming calls must be received from 09.00 to 18.00 Moscow time. Every three days, the duty in the second shift from 13.30 to 21.30. You need to be in touch at this time.
2. It is necessary to process the flow of incoming applications from 10 to 20 per day.
3. 70-100 calls (new, repeated, etc.) per day
4. A salary of 10,000 rubles is paid. Monthly. + 10% of sales.
5. The average level of earnings of a manager who does not work hard 40 thousand, a manager who wants to earn from 50-70 thousand. (An example from our managers’ practice.)
6. Additional bonuses when overfulfilling the plan.
7. Payment of salary every two weeks.
8. Work remotely from any city.

Requirements for the candidate:
1. Developed active sales skills and persuasion, sales experience is a must.
