A furniture company needs a remote assistant.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Girl
- Confident PC and Internet user, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs
- recruitment skills
Experience in content, conducting groups on social networks
- knowledge of the program PRO-100
- Opportunity to work full-time
Remote work (working in the office is also possible)
Good knowledge of Moscow and the region
Interest in furniture, desire to develop in this field
Ability to be constantly in touch during the working day
Ability to work independently and find the necessary information
- responsibility and energy
Main responsibilities:
- search and recruitment of personnel for the company
- Receiving incoming calls
- e-mailing
- management of the VKontakte group
- calculation of furniture production in the program PRO-100
- if necessary, logistics (delivery of furniture to the client), assistance to the company's managers
