I plan to place a mini hotel in a 3-storey country house, 400 sq. Metros.
What is available: partition plan, plumbing plan, electrician plan for the first and second floors. The basement and third floor are not yet partitioned.
What needs to be done:
1. Partition plan, electrician plan and plumbing plan for basement and third floor.
2. Design project + its 3D visualization.
3D visualization is necessary to present this project at the presentation of the finished business in Moscow.
Advantages for the designer: at this event, the project will be positioned as performed by a specific designer (you), who designed it, which will provide decent and effective advertising and give impetus to the recognition and career growth of the designer.
Payment: 50.000 rubles + the opportunity to advertise yourself and your project in front of a large audience at a prestigious event
