There is a website in development Text hidden. Now everything is thrown on a default pattern is quite chaotic. It is necessary to bring individual elements in order (the layout of the HS in the attached file) without fine-tuning the general look on the turnkey and change something in the system.

Specifically:

(1) Modified elements should look good in Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Yandex, Explorer (starting with 9), Android. Need to:
• For all, vertically center the top links. Lower links to plant in the middle of the footer on the layout (including. On mobile phones.
• for Opera Mini - stretch the top links in width. Make content start like everyone else, from the container, not the header. Stick the footer to the bottom

• for Firefox and Android - stretch the top links

(2) Remove the basket from the layout in the right column. Colors, fonts do not do - only general horizontal output without a header

(4) Write about 20 comments (form names in Russian) in css and controllers, show me some things, make small edits to css in individual forms within half an hour. (5) Turn off the excess:
