There is a website in development . Now everything is thrown on a default pattern is quite chaotic. It is necessary to bring individual elements in order (the layout of the HS in the attached file) without fine-tuning the general look on the turnkey and change something in the system.
Specifically:
(1) Modified elements should look good in Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Yandex, Explorer (starting with 9), Android. Need to:
• For all, vertically center the top links. Lower links to plant in the middle of the footer on the layout (including. On mobile phones.
