I want to create a website. Joomla or WordPress.
The site isn't complicated. Dedicated to the culture and traditions of the East. You just need to be clean and modern.
The site should look approximately (in structure and approach) as:

1. Long pages (divided into semantic blocks). Parallax can be offered (but without fanaticism).
2. In the upper right corner is a menu icon (website map) (like the Center for Speech Technologies).
3. Header - video background, 2 horizontal menus at the top of the page, main inscription, micro-text.
4. The body of the page - no menu, block structure (exposition of information in blocks, one block ended, another background with another content began - see examples), the ability to change backgrounds and fonts, sparse design, the ability to add photos to any place on the page.
5. Using simple effects (floating, for example) of the appearance of a text and a photo in order to revive the page scrolling the page.
6. Basement - menu, contacts, social networks.
7. In individual blocks on the page - the possibility of reposting in the social network. That is, by the way, 2 paragraphs of text with a photo is a semantic block on the page, and somewhere next to it are the repost buttons in the social network.
8. Interesting, visual, not quite standard organization of photo-video gallery (based on CMS).
9. The form of feedback in contacts.
10. Individual elements of the template, perhaps, I will ask to round (remove sharp corners), add shadows to some elements, change fonts and other design trifles.
What exactly is required of the contractor?
1. Choose a CMS + template (you can pay, but without binding to hosting). I pay for the template.
2. “Finish” the template in accordance with TZ.
3. All this run on SprinHost hosting (are there better options?) Offer it.
Photos, videos, texts are mine. I just need to show you which buttons to press to change it. If you can help, for example, with background videos or good backgrounds, we will talk separately.
Moscow, meetings are possible if necessary. Payment in stages (for example, Yandex-Money).
