In the innovative distributed contact center , freelance recruiters are required to help full-time employees. The work is temporary due to the need to expand the staff, as a result of the work, permanent cooperation is possible.
Work experience: from six months (we are not ready to teach the basics of staff search and interaction with him).
Workplace: strictly remote – we are looking for operators for remote work and believe that the recruiter should have independent experience of remote work.
The desire to work for the result – we offer piecework payment for each operator who has worked the minimum rate. The cost for each recruit is discussed individually depending on your recruitment opportunities: the more you are willing to bring, the more valuable you are to us.
The task of the recruiter to attract applicants for the following conditions:
- Work from 17:00-20:00 on any day;
- willingness to sell on a cold base (the base is ours);
- preferably with experience in the call center;
We are an attractive employer among competitors:
We have several projects and their pool is growing (there is a choice of occupation);
- we have programs that help operators call - auto dial, and most importantly record the result of the work, which excludes any insinuation with the result;
