An unfinished attempt to solve the problem by the previous performer (requires HO-ORO-O-Osh refinement in the implementation of the design and program code), but for a better understanding of the problem, we give this link:
Description of the task: We have purchased a plugin that provides these effects in the examples given.
Required:
(1) To finalize the plugin for multi-page sites, to fit the mathematical model of the plugin to the design of the site and embed it in the site.
2) Ensure the correct setting of the plugin operation parameters (we will specify the details later if we agree on the price of these works).
(3) After the work is done directly on the site, you will need to attach detailed instructions for using this plugin (as transferred to our site), specify which files contain the settings of the elements, the location of these files on the server. Display a list of plugin settings and their possible use. This is necessary to ensure that we continue to work with the plugin independently (if we need it in the future).

The site itself is made in the website creation system WEB (now called SK-10) and is uploaded to hosting via ftp. Editing and modifying is done by editing .htm and .html files (or, until there were direct changes to the files, through the same system "Sitecraft". The pages on the site are static (in the form of files on the server), there are dynamic (goods from the mysql database). We'll discuss the details with the Contractor. We're waiting for your offers!
