Detect server statistics

You need to make it possible to connect to different servers in PHP (we specify the list through an ini file) and display statistics on them in real time with graphs. To collect statistics, you can write a Bash script that will remotely twitch PHP and issue a status. The information in the statistics should be as follows: Apache load, Nginx load, processor load, memory occupancy and many parameters (a list of all parameters will be provided, as well as a list of SSH commands through which they can be obtained).
