Japanese Translator

A Japanese company in Moscow requires a permanent office worker with a good knowledge of Japanese (second kyu and higher) and English.
You can't have any work experience.
Responsibilities:
Business - support of the activities of the General Director of the company;
Execution of personal errands;
Documentation;
Resolving current issues.
Translation of documents, contracts, and their annexes, additional agreements;
Organization and maintenance of business trips (travel & visa support), business visits;
Control of execution of decisions and instructions of the head:
Bringing instructions, orders, instructions (communications) to employees and monitoring their execution
Organization of preparation and systematization of analytical, informational, reference materials and reports at the request of the head.
Requirements:
Higher language education
Knowledge of MS Office.
English proficiency
The Japanese language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (business correspondence, personal communication).
Personal qualities: responsibility, energy, punctuality, stress resistance.
Conditions:
