Every yard is different, so I start by walking the site with you, checking soil conditions, slope, and any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines, before giving you a clear, itemized cost estimate with no hidden fees. I use concrete-set posts, galvanized hardware, and pressure-treated or cedar lumber, or premium vinyl panels if you prefer, so the fence holds up against wind, moisture, and everyday wear. I also make sure the finished line looks straight and consistent along the whole perimeter, with matching gate hardware and a latch that actually stays closed.

I've installed fences for dozens of backyards, from small starter-home lots to larger properties needing hundreds of linear feet, and I always clean up the site completely before I consider the job done.
