I'll Handcraft Custom Pottery & Ceramics Made Just for Your Home

I'm a working potter with my own studio wheel and kiln, and I make one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces for people who want something their table or shelf won't find anywhere else. Every mug, bowl, vase or full dinnerware set I throw is shaped and trimmed by hand, then bisque-fired, glazed, and fired again in my own kiln — no molds, no mass production, no two pieces ever come out perfectly identical, and that's the whole point of handmade work.

We start with a short conversation about what you actually need: how many place settings, what the pieces are for, what colors or textures you're drawn to, and whether you already have a kitchen palette I should match. I'll mix and test glaze samples so you can see the real fired color before I commit to your full order — glazes shift a lot between the jar and the kiln, and I'd rather show you a test tile than surprise you later. All glazes I use are food-safe and dishwasher/microwave friendly unless you specifically want a decorative-only finish.

Once we agree on the design, clay body, glaze colors and sizes, I move into production. Depending on the size of the order this usually takes one to two weeks, since stoneware needs slow drying and two separate firings to come out strong. Every piece is wrapped individually and packed with real care so it survives shipping — I've sent fragile ceramics across the country without a single breakage.
