I'll Build a Telegram Booking Bot for Corporate Training Sessions

I'll build a Telegram bot that lets your employees sign themselves up for corporate training sessions and workshops — no more phone calls to HR or spreadsheets passed around by email. An employee opens the bot, picks the training topic they're interested in, browses available trainers with a short bio and photo, chooses a convenient date and time from the schedule, enters the number of participants (useful when a whole department signs up together) and receives an invoice they can pay by card, QR code, or bank transfer for a company account.

The bot is connected to an admin panel where an HR manager or training coordinator adds topics, trainers and available slots, while the bot itself tracks free spots, sends reminders the day before a session, and notifies the organizer about every new booking. If a session gets cancelled or rescheduled, the bot automatically warns everyone who signed up. There's also an attendance and trainer-load report you can export as a spreadsheet whenever you need it.
